Breezewood Acres is a camping community of about 2500 privately owned lots. The dues for the year are set annually by the Board of Directors.  Water, electric (30 amps) and the use of all the amenities are included in the association dues. Breezewood Acres offers a recreation center, heated outdoor pool, pavilion, basketball court, tennis court, softball field, miniature golf course, horseshoe pit, shuffleboard, sand volleyball court, and picnic tables.  Comfort Stations are located within the community with showers and toilet facilities for your convenience. We also have a septic company for the convenience of all campers to have their holding tanks pumped out. Golf Carts and ATV’s are allowed in the park for transportation within the boundaries of our park and it's rules and regulations.

Speed limits, rules, and regulations are strictly enforced.

Breezewood Acres is a four season recreational camping community in the Pocono mountains, located in southern Wayne county Pennsylvania on Route 196,  1 mile south of Route 507. We are located just a few miles from Lake Wallenpaupack, the largest lake in the Pocono’s .   We are neighbors to  Tobyhanna and  Gouldsboro State Parks, which together cover more than 11,000 acres of hiking trails, trout stocked lakes and streams, swimming, boating, and many other seasonal outdoor activities.  Mt Airy Casino is within  30 min .

Breezewood Security  takes pride in providing a safe and secure environment for all property owners and their guests.  Here are a few reminders and  policies that will help the community  run smoothly and safely.

Photo ID is  required for all dash passes. All guests and those owners without the electronic key card will need to provide photo ID when signing in. This  rule is for your protection.  

All owners please give your guests  passes and be available to meet your  guests at the gate when they arrive. 

Security Officers may not hold or give out guest passes on behalf of property owners. 

Owners  MUST  notify Security  if they are expecting contractors. 

Any guest or contractor who has not been called in will not be allowed access to the community,

With the exception of stone, propane and wood deliveries. 

Any Property Owner who is having a contractor on site, MUST be present on property and meet the contractor at the gate, the same as you would a guest.
As a reminder, it is the responsibility of the Property Owner to be sure that your contractor has insurance.

Any debris removed from your property is to go with the contractor and NOT be discarded in the Community, the dumpsters or the brush gate. You are responsible for your contractor, the same as you would be your guest.

All closed trailers and box trucks need to be opened and checked by the guard on duty when entering and exiting the park.  All recreational vehicles, boats, etc. still need to be signed out with proof of ownership when leaving  the community and then signed in with same proofs when returning.

Security has noticed that a number of vehicles (ATVs, golf carts, etc.) are either unlicensed (no BACA plate/invalid insurance sticker) or have the incorrect plate mounted on the vehicle.   It is the property owner's responsibility to correct such discrepancies immediately.  

The speed limit at Breezewood Acres is 15 MPH on Geronimo Trail and 10 MPH on the Glen roads.

All drivers under 17 must be off the road by 8:00 PM.  

All ATVs, quads, and loud vehicles must be off the road in observance of quiet time.

Quiet time begins at 10:00 PM and ends at 8:00 AM.  

Please respect your neighbor’s rights during these hours.

It is the responsibility of the property owner to inform their guests of all BACA rules and regulations.

Insurance decals for all recreational vehicles must be up to date.  If you need to update your insurance, please report to the administration office between 8 am and 4 pm. to renew decals and/or to provide your insurance proof.   Insurance protects the rider, owners, and their guests, so please update your insurance.
